I turn to different products and techniques to ensure my muscles and joints bounce back to their full potential so I can give 100 percent effort in the gym or on the running trail. Here are a few of my favorite products to apply topically or take orally for muscle soreness, strains, aches and even anxiety and gut health.
I love to use the CBD Soothing Serum when my muscles or joints are hurting. I massage it into the aching areas before I go to bed and it is relaxing and I feel refreshed and like new in the morning. I find it to be most effective when I combine it with compression therapy for the legs and lower back, a session in a steam room or even a jacuzzi/hot bath. The Green Acres Extract (Tincture) is to be used orally. I use 2 droppers before going to be to sleep better and reduce anxiety. Others also take this for gut health, muscle and joint pain relief. You can start with 1 dropper and switch to 2 if you feel you need more. Everyone has a different tolerance, so you may need a different amount.
